Game Creation - if your child joined us last year and loved building a 2D game, then this might be the camp for them! In this two day camp your child will continue to learn block coding using our exclusive online coding platform Code Camp World to create two more unique games - Maze Munch and Jet Pack Jam! Each game builds on what they learnt last year (also suitable for beginners) with collectibles, powerups, keys and doors!
Minecraft Engineers - this is an exciting blend of coding, engineering and creativity designed to pique your child’s curiosity and provide a foundation in programming. Over two days, kids will build a rollercoaster by learning and applying coding, basic engineering concepts and command-based programming in an age-appropriate way that's also incredibly fun!
Camp on offer at The LEGO Group, Slough
Spark camp - your child will embrace their creative side as they design and code their very own computer game. The perfect place to start for beginners who want to kick start their coding journey, and kids with some coding experience will love it too. Each child will design an engaging platform game (similar to Mario Bros.), and then bring it to life with intuitive, yet powerful, drag and drop code.The fun doesn't have to stop at the end of the camp because your child will have ongoing access to Code Camp World and can continue coding and creating at home.
Plus, everyone gets to take home a Code Camp t-shirt and merch to celebrate their achievements!

My son Elliott had the best time at Code Camp. He has ASD and sometimes finds it hard to settle in to new situations; however at Code Camp he immediately felt at home. Code Camp was an excellent experience and lots of fun. It was amazing how we got to code our very own games, which was an opportunity that I had to take. The staff were kind and supportive and always willing to help.
